Download MindLoad from the App Store or Google Play. Create a free account, then upload a PDF, scan a page, or paste your notes. MindLoad will generate flashcards, quizzes, a summary, and a study plan automatically. Your first 3 generations are free.

Tokens are a pay-as-you-go currency. Each study set generation uses tokens based on the content size. You receive free tokens when you sign up, and you can top up at any time with packs ranging from $1.99 to $99.99. Tokens never expire — use them whenever you need them. There is no subscription required.

Once a study set has been generated, you can review flashcards and take quizzes fully offline. Generating new study sets requires an internet connection. The Ultra Mode focus timer also works offline.

Token purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. If your balance didn't update after a successful payment, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your order receipt and account email and we'll resolve it promptly.

MindLoad uses Google's Gemini AI to extract and structure content from your materials. The quality is high for well-formatted documents, but we always recommend reviewing generated content before studying. Accuracy can vary with hand-written notes or low-quality scans. Yes. MindLoad is available on both iOS (iPhone) and Android. Your account and study sets sync across devices when you're connected to the internet. Download for iOS or Android.

MindLoad has no subscription — there's nothing to cancel. Token purchases are processed through Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. To request a refund, go to your App Store or Google Play purchase history and submit a refund request through their standard process. For assistance, email [email protected].

You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all data, study sets, and tokens are removed with no recovery period. You can also request deletion by email. See the full guide on our Delete Account page.
